Our services include professional website design and web application or software development, implementation of content management systems (CMS), development of advanced website functionalities, seamless integration with third-party applications (APIs), creating responsive designs for various devices and utilizing basic on-page search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
Please ensure that your project requirements are clear and detailed. Kindly supply all necessary content (text, images, videos) in a timely and professional manner. We kindly request that you approve designs and functionalities at designated milestones and obtain any necessary licenses or permissions for third-party content. Please ensure that you provide us access to your domain name and hosting account (if applicable). We kindly request that you respond to inquiries and requests for information promptly and professionally. Thank you for your cooperation with our software terms and conditions.
Project timelines and fees will be thoroughly defined in the Proposal. Adjustments to the timeline may be required due to changes requested by the Client or content provided by them. Additional fees will be applicable for significant changes outside the scope of the Proposal. Payment terms will be outlined in the Proposal, where a deposit is required to initiate work. Progress payments are due at designated milestones, with a final payment upon completion and project acceptance. All custom codes developed by ECA Tech shall remain our intellectual property, and the Client will retain the rights to the content provided by them. ECA Tech is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use portions of the final website for marketing purposes.
Scope creep or expanding requirement can have a significant impact on the cost of app development. Here is a breakdown of the effects: Extended development time: When new features or functionalities are added after the initial development phase, this requires more time for developers to finish the project. As developers usually bill by the hour or by the project, this can result in increased costs. Larger development team: Sometimes, scope creep may necessitate bringing in additional developers to complete the project on time. This can lead to higher development costs. Additional testing and QA: More features or functionalities means additional testing and quality assurance (QA) is needed to ensure they work as intended and free of bugs. This can contribute to the overall cost of the project. Increased project management overhead: Scope creep may also lead to increased project management overhead, as project managers need to spend more time re-planning the project, re-estimating costs, and communicating changes to stakeholders. ECA Tech warrants that the Software Terms and Services will be performed using commercially reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or compatibility with all browsers and devices. Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party during the course of the project. Either party may terminate the agreement for cause with written notice. In the event of termination by the Client, payment will be due for Services rendered up to the date of termination.
